He has a proven track history of sales, operational and financial excellence. His experience includes developing sales and operational teams within local markets as well as multi-location national markets. His track history has delivered consistent profitable revenue growth year-in-year-out as well as operations transition and excellence to financial and executive professionals nationwide. His comprehensive, hands on leadership has provided the steady, determined success of many companies over the years.
Bob Biddle
Vice President of Operations
Bob started with Caffino as the manager of the Oakley coffee bar in 1995. He moved through the ranks as a District Manager, grew to the Corporate Operation’s Manager, and recently was promoted to the Vice President of Operations. He has seen and lived our operations from the ground up. He stresses the importance of what happens in the coffee bar and how a great team serving great drinks really fast is the key to our success. In addition to his executive responsibilities, he serves as the Caffino historian. He consults with all Caffino company-owned coffee bar managers and franchised coffee bar owners on issues of operational performance, costs, general operational efficiency, ergonomic enhancements, and design innovations. With Bob’s valuable experience in so many areas, he also weighs in on matters of real estate development, product vendors, corporate policy-making, equipment, and new unit design improvement.
Patti Petersen
Vice President Franchise Relations
Patti has been with Caffino since January 2006 as General Manager of the Rock Hill, SC location. She was quickly promoted to Operations Manager for Houston TX, Tampa FL, and Rock Hill SC. Her background includes a very successful track record in office management, retail store management and regional training in the retail and hospitality industries. Before coming on board with Caffino, she also owned and operated “Pat-a-Cakes Bakery” in Rock Hill for 5 years. Her role as the Director of Franchise Relations will be to assist Franchise owners in opening stores, training and daily operations as she shares her passion for Caffino Excellence! Patti’s attention to detail, sense of urgency and exceptionally high standards will greatly benefit both corporate and franchise locations.
Kim Yoda
Area Manager
Kim has been a dedicated and loyal team member for nearly 14 years now. She started out as an original team member at our Oakley, CA location. While at the Oakley location she was a great help to the Management staff, taking on responsibilities such as: product ordering, banking and the training of new Management and Team Members. She started out as a Team Member quickly moving up to Senior Barista to Senior Shift Lead and then was promoted to Assistant Training Manager and within a week was off to South Carolina to help open and train the staff and Management of our new Beaufort location. Most recently she has been Assistant to the Corporate Controller overseeing all the administrative duties including: AP/AR, account coding and banking. Kim is currently an Area Manager supervising four of our locations responsible for sales growth, customer satisfaction, people development and financial results.
